• Appointment details and treatment history

• Photos of nail treatments, if taken

The Nail Box uses Salonized to make and manage appointments.

When you book an appointment, the data you provide is used to process and manage your reservation.

Where Salonized processes personal data on behalf of The Nail Box, appropriate data protection agreements apply.

The Nail Box may take photos of nail treatments performed for portfolio and marketing purposes, including publication on Instagram or our website.

Where photos contain personal data or can be traced back to a person, we ask for prior consent where necessary.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by contacting us.

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

• Customer and appointment data is kept for as long as necessary for our services and administration.
• Financial administration is kept according to the applicable statutory retention periods, usually seven years.
• Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
• Photos processed on the basis of consent are deleted when they are no longer needed or when consent is withdrawn, unless another valid legal basis justifies further retention.

We do not sell your personal data.

For our services we may use external parties, including Salonized, website hosting and administrative service providers.

We only share personal data when this is necessary and lawful. Where required, we make appropriate data protection agreements with processors.
